Connor K. Yi is a lifelong resident of the DMV area, bringing a meticulous approach to every case and serving as a dedicated advocate for his clients. His practice focuses on employment discrimination and retaliation, civil rights violations, and sexual harassment and assault litigation.
Before joining Charlson Bredehoft Cohen Brown & Nadelhaft, Mr. Yi practiced at a Washington, D.C. law firm, where he represented clients across the DMV in cases involving catastrophic injuries. He previously served as a litigation attorney for the New York City Department of Education, representing the District in settlement conferences and due process hearings related to special education claims.
Mr. Yi earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Washington Journal of Environmental Law & Policy and as Treasurer for the Korean American Law Student Association. During law school, Mr. Yi completed an externship with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office of General Counsel and a judicial internship with the Honorable Cynthia Callahan in the Montgomery County Circuit Court. He holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, graduating with distinction in 2017. Mr. Yi is currently admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.
