The firm has represented individual and corporate clients from the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia.  Individual clients include high level executives and management employees negotiating employment or severance agreements or litigating against their companies, to employees at all levels who have suffered discrimination, sexual harassment or assault, retaliation, unfair treatment, adverse employment action, termination, or other action or damages arising out of the employment relationship. Corporate clients include banking, mortgage, insurance, medical, technology, and multi-faceted service organizations.

The firm was recognized internationally for its representation as lead counsel to Amber Heard in assisting UK counsel for the Sun and Dan Wooten with the preparation for and Ms. Heard’s key testimony in the successful libel trial in the London High Court against John C. Depp II.   The firm then served as lead counsel in the United States through the extensive discovery process in California, Virginia and throughout the US, as well as at trial, where Amber Heard prevailed on her Counterclaim and in filing the appeals on the main claims, contending the UK proceeding brought by Depp should have operated as a final judgment and dismissal of his identical claims in the US.

The firm primarily acts as trial counsel in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations, but also frequently provides advice on non-litigated matters.
