Depp II. The firm then served as lead counsel in the United States through the extensive discovery process in California, Virginia and throughout the US, as well as at trial, where Amber Heard prevailed on her Counterclaim and in filing the appeals on the main claims, contending the UK proceeding brought by Depp should have operated as a final judgment and dismissal of his identical claims in the US.
