Adam S. Nadelhaft, of Silver Spring, Maryland, joined the Firm in August 2018. Mr. Nadelhaft’s practice focuses largely in the areas of employment, torts and business-related litigation, including employment discrimination and retaliation, civil rights violations, sexual harassment and assault, whistleblower rights, wrongful termination, defamation, fraud, tortious interference with contractual relations, negligence, assault and battery, conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, battles over stock options and other equity holdings, change in control agreements, complex employment agreements, shareholder oppression, and restrictive covenants, such as non-compete and non-solicitation provisions. Mr. Nadelhaft also litigates and drafts employment related documents such as contracts and non-competes, and is an expert in e-discovery and social media.
Prior to joining Charlson Bredehoft Cohen & Brown, Mr. Nadelhaft practiced litigation at Winston & Strawn LLP, where he handled complex litigation issues, including antitrust litigation, false advertising litigation, products liability claims, trade secret and unfair competition litigation, and white-collar criminal proceedings. Mr. Nadelhaft earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from The University of Michigan Law School in 2003, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a contributing editor of the Michigan Law Review. Mr. Nadelhaft received a B.A. in Political Science and Communications, Law, Economics, and Government, magna cum laude, from the American University in 2000, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Delta Chi Fraternities.
