Daphne Shih Gebauer joined Charlson Bredehoft, Cohen & Brown in 2010, and serves as Counsel to the firm. Ms. Gebauer’s practice focuses on litigating discrimination and retaliation cases, as well as counseling employers on employment policies, wage and hour matters, internal investigations, employee benefits, and employee discipline. She has significant experience representing and advising clients in the government contracting, healthcare, banking, and insurance industries.

Prior to joining Charlson Bredehoft, Ms. Gebauer was an associate in Foley & Lardner LLP’s complex commercial litigation and white collar and corporate compliance groups. Ms. Gebauer graduated from the New York University School of Law, where she was Marden Competition Editor for Moot Court, Professional Chair for the Asian American Law Students Association, a volunteer with the New York Battered Women’s Project, and interned with the World Health Organization and the Law & Justice Unit at ABC News.

  • Obtained verdict on behalf of Shannon v. Randy Andrews, et al., C.A. No. 2010-2895, (Fairfax Cir. Ct. 2011) (Breach of Contract – $856,653.54 jury verdict).
